The revenge of “stuff”

White powder? Referred to as “stuff”? And … am I crazy … or is that a package wrapped in brown paper she’s reaching for? It’s too good to be true!

“Is this white stuff what you use on the inside of your fish mounts?”

Is Jack Elrod cribbing from an esoteric Wu Tang Clan intro?

You go with Birdie–does he mean the bird that appears in that panel? I didn’t know birds drank tea. The comics are so educational!

But he doesn’t have a mustache! It can’t possibly be what you’re thinking.

The taxidermist’s wife’s name is “Birdie”??? That’s creepy.

I bet every time he takes a picture and says “Look at the Birdie” it gets all screwed up.

Every time she tells him something and someone asks “how did you know that?” he can say, “A little Birdie told me.”

Hey, this strip is funny. Oh wait, that’s just me.

Maybe Tommy got out on bail, skipped town and jumped strips, and is starting up a new career, with the taxidermy as his front-shop?

Wait, didn’t Bad Boys II already do that? ‘cept, with people?
