Thought I had this set up to where I'd be notified if someone replied ... guess not. I'll check this forum more regularly now. Anyway, when's good for a new meetup? Should we make preliminary plans for Feb. 9 or 16, depending on when people can come?

Actually, if I'm doing my math right, Solocardate's son will be visiting the weekend of the 9th, so maybe the 2nd or the 16th, or March 1? Or are Sundays better?

Feb 9th isn't so good for me, but the next weekend would be okay (I'm pretty sure.) I'll keep checking back as well.

We picked the Moxie Java on State last time because it was good for Solocardate. Does that work for everyone?

It's on 17th and State in the little shopping center there -- I want to say there's an Albertsons there.

Solocardate e-mailed and said the 16th is good for him.

I think the Albertson's is across 17th ... there's a Burger King on the corner, and Moxie is in the shopping center thingy behind it.

I think I can make it the 16th - 10 or 11 sounds good.

Okay. So no hurry on this, but I think beer sounds better than the Strawberry Quik I got last weekend. Does anyone have a favorite bar or brewpub? I go to Gernika and Old Chicago quite a bit, primarily because of the company I keep. I kind of like TableRock if we want to go the brewpub route. But I'm open to suggestions.
