MT: The enormous moose in Saturday’s comic is most certainly the same one appearing in 2/25/05′s strip. Josh actually has this strip in archives, check it out. Lazy Elrod!

What are these “pants” you speak of?

I do not think we have any of these “pants” on our planet.

In unrelated news, after weeks of not very interesting art in Rex Morgan, M.D., Woody Wilson and Graham Nolan have started to return the inept experimentalism that is one of my favorite things about the strip. Check out the middle frame here:

It’s not as awesome as the middle panel in this classic strip:

but you take what you can get.

I’ve just caught up with what’s going on in A3-G (granted, it didn’t take very long), and Tommie’s cultish smile is starting to frighten me. I’d be afraid that she’d try to recruit and brainwash her friends (which would dramatically improve Luann’s personality – even though it’d be synthetic, at least she’d finally have one), and then the entire strip would end in some kind of apocalypse.

But that would require something to happen in the strip.

The links didn’t come through on Jacob’s post, but I bet it was about the panel where Rex’s hair had a secret message woven in.

Luann is reading a magazine named “Glamo”? What’s that, a merger of Glamour and Guns & Ammo? No wonder every other female looks better (Tiff, Toni, Crystal). They’re not using black powder as eye shadow…

Saturdays got some creepy stuff goin on…am I the only one who sees the ugly racial theme in “Foxtrot”??especially with the implication that black holes are lazy and just stand around…and whos the creepy chick in Mary Worth??not only is the wearing Charlie Browns old shirt, she looks like a grown up version of that scary puppet that Ritas daughter had..

The scary chick is Mr. Loneyheart’s daughter, who was the subject of a story a couple stories ago. Back in ’02, I think.

Your attempts at making this comic not appear below the sidebar are making my eyes hurt. Was this printed this small in the paper?

PS – I love your site. Really.

Hey, why is Jack’s eyepatch missing in Sunday’s Rex Morgan panel 6? It is a metaphor for Rex uncovering the drug abuse? Really stupid artist?
