   I’m thinking Uncle Bob is in jail. We commonly see jailed prisoners playing the harmonica on TV or in movies. And Jeffy wants to call him on his “cell phone.” Geddit? Geddit?? That Jeffy is such an insensitive little bastard.

   The nervous-looking eyebrows make this seem to me like a sad, ultimately vain plea to make up for not getting Uncle Bob a birthday present. Off-panel, Jeffy’s parents glare at him in stony-faced anger.
